“In only seconds” we can change a life, make someone smile, get in shape, show someone right from wrong, or even vote. In our everyday busy lives, we seem to forget that it only takes seconds to make a big difference in our lives, and a difference in the people around us. If we could only find a way to see that “In only seconds” We could kiss our spouse, hug our kids, write a check to charity, shake a hand, “In only seconds” We can say hi to our neighbor, feed the dog, clean up after ourselves, help a friend through a rough time, or volunteer. It just seems that in our busy lives we do not have time to do the things that would make our world a better place to live. So many people in the world today are so busy that they do not have time for themselves, let alone other people around them. Day by day we only see the things that we must do to survive, make money, keep food on the table and make sure we have reliable transportation. If we could only see that “In only seconds” we can change everything around us and everybody we come in contact with. So many times we turn away from situations, ignore things that affect our lives and people around us. “In only seconds” we can change things for the better. How long does it take to hug your spouse or significant other and say “I love you”? “In only seconds” we could get in touch with old friends , visit a shelter, distribute meals to the homeless, “In only seconds” we could respect our elders, tell our kids we are proud of them, “In only seconds” we could stop and help, say hello, flash a smile, say a prayer…..“In only seconds”
